İnegöl ilçesindeki turistik ve tarihi mekanlara yönelik ziyaretçi deneyimleri analiz edildiği bu çalışmada; Google Maps üzerinden elde edilen 29 farklı mekana ait 3126 yorum, duygu analizi ve kategori bazlı sınıflandırma yöntemleriyle incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında, yorumlar “Altyapı ve Erişim Kolaylığı”, “Görsel ve Estetik Çekicilik”, “Güvenlik ve Hijyen”, “Kültürel ve Tarihi Değerler”, “Rehberlik ve Bilgilendirme” ile “Ziyaretçi Yoğunluğu ve Rahatlık” olmak üzere altı kategoriye ayrılmış ve yıllara göre değişimleri değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular, İnegöl’ün turistik mekanlarının genel olarak olumlu geri bildirimler aldığını ve en yüksek puanların “Kültürel ve Tarihi Değerler” kategorisinde toplandığını göstermiştir. Ancak, “Altyapı ve Erişim Kolaylığı” ile “Güvenlik ve Hijyen” kategorilerinde iyileştirme ihtiyacı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Duygu analizi sonuçları, son üç yılda pozitif yorumlarda belirgin bir artış olduğunu, bununla birlikte negatif geri bildirimlerin de arttığını ortaya koymuştur. Bu çalışma, İnegöl’ün turizm potansiyelinin geliştirilmesine yönelik stratejik kararlar alınması için önemli içgörüler sunmaktadır. Özellikle altyapı yatırımları, hijyen standartlarının iyileştirilmesi ve sürdürülebilir turizm politikalarının benimsenmesi, ziyaretçi memnuniyetinin artırılmasında ve destinasyon imajının güçlendirilmesinde kritik bir rol oynayacaktır. |

Abstract | ||
This study analyzes visitor experiences in the touristic and historical sites of İnegöl. A total of 3,126 reviews from 29 locations listed on Google Maps were examined using sentiment analysis and category-based classification methods. The reviews were categorized into six themes: “Infrastructure and Accessibility,” “Visual and Aesthetic Appeal,” “Safety and Hygiene,” “Cultural and Historical Values,” “Guidance and Information,” and “Visitor Density and Comfort,” and their yearly variations were evaluated. The findings reveal that İnegöl’s touristic sites generally receive positive feedback, with the highest ratings in the “Cultural and Historical Values” category. However, improvement is needed in the “Infrastructure and Accessibility” and “Safety and Hygiene” categories. Sentiment analysis results indicate a significant increase in positive reviews over the past three years, alongside a rise in negative feedback. This study provides valuable insights for strategic decision-making to enhance İnegöl’s tourism potential. Investments in infrastructure, improvement of hygiene standards, and adoption of sustainable tourism policies are critical to increasing visitor satisfaction and strengthening the destination’s image. |
