The Department of Civil Engineering has opened a Non-Thesis Master's Programme as of the Spring Semester of 2014-2015 academic year. The aim of the Non-Thesis Master's Programme is to increase the knowledge of our students to higher levels and to ensure that they are better equipped to work in industry and application areas. As it is known, Bursa province has great resources in terms of trained people and industrial areas in terms of engineering. Considering that the number of members of Bursa İMO Branch is around 3000, the prevalence of the application in this region and the potential of engineers are revealed. Considering the possibilities of the city and Uludağ University, the Non-Thesis Master's programme in the Department of Civil Engineering provides important contributions in terms of developing solutions to the demands and problems of the practice. Every semester, students are enrolled in the Master's programme with thesis in line with the quotas. These students can work in their daytime jobs and improve themselves by taking courses in the department in the evening and doing design assignments.
