During the project, 30 high school students from the Marmara Region received training on climate change, environmental awareness, and scientific thinking. Fieldwork, hands-on experiments, and project-based learning methods were utilized throughout the training.
This initiative, conducted around Lake İznik and its surroundings, aimed to enhance young participants’ environmental awareness and foster their scientific perspectives. With the active participation of students, the project was successfully completed.
As Bursa Uludağ University, we take pride in contributing to such collaborative efforts and remain committed to fostering science and education in society.
The Department of Science Education will continue its steadfast dedication to engaging in similar projects and connecting science with the community.
