TÜRKİYE MEZUNLARI BİLGİ SİSTEMİ

Mezuniyet aşamasındaki Uluslararası Öğrencilerimizin diploma alabilmeleri için Türkiye Mezunları Bilgi Sistemi'nde kayıtlarını oluşturmaları ve alacakları formun çıktısını birimlerinin öğrenci işleri bürosu'na teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir. 

Uygulanacak adımlar aşağıda sıralanmıştır:

1. Türkiye Mezunları Bilgi Sistemi'ne kayıt için https://turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr/auth/login/ giriş yapınız

2. Siteye üye olunuz (Türkiye Bursları Bilgi Sistemi kullanıcıları sisteme aynı hesap bilgileri ile giriş yapabilirler.)

3. Profil bilgilerinizi doldurunuz (Eğitim yerinizi "Türkiye", Eğitim durumunuzu "Mezun" olarak giriniz)

4. Eğitim Bilgileri sayfasından "Bu bilgileri mezuniyet formu alabilmek için dolduruyorum." bölümünü işaretleyiniz ve "Mezuniyet Bilgi Formu Oluştur" ile formunuzu oluşturunuz.

5. İndirdiğiniz formun çıktısını alarak biriminiz öğren işleri bürosuna teslim ediniz.

Our international students who are at the stage of graduation have to create their records on Graduates Information System and subit the form they will receive to the “Unit the Student Affairs” in order to graduate. 

 The steps to be followed are below: 

 1. Please log in to https://turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr/auth/login/  in order to register at Turkey Graduates Information System. 

2. Please sign in the website (The users of Turkey Graduates Information System can log in with the same account informations.). 

3. Please fill out the profile information (Please mention your education place as Turkey and your education status as Graduate). 

4. Please check "I fill out this information to get a graduation form" with mark section and create your form at the Education Information page with "Create Graduation Information Form" 

5. Print the downloaded form and submit it to the learning affairs office of your unit.
