Among the 23 research universities in Turkey, Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ) continues its quality journey in all units without interruption. Aiming to raise quality to higher levels in the national and international arena, the University Administration focuses on gaining more accreditation and quality certificates to the institution.
Another success has been added to the accreditation achievements that BUÜ has gained in different faculties and units. The Archaeology Department of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences has completed the accreditation process it applied for by completing the infrastructure preparations. The department has earned the right to be accredited for 5 years. BUÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz presented the accreditation certificate to the Head of the Archaeology Department Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şahin.
