On November 14, 2024, a Career Journey and Entrepreneurship Awareness Training was held for students of the Machinery Program in the conference hall of Bursa Uludağ University İnegöl Vocational School.  The training was conducted by Adnan Kardaşla and Ethem Arslan, graduates of our vocational school and current business owners operating in the machinery and metal processing sector in İnegöl.

Adnan Kardaşla, the owner of ALFA MAKİNE, a company specialized in manufacturing custom machinery for cutting foam padding and shredding foam for the furniture industry, shared his experiences after his graduation from our Vocational School Machinery Program to found his own enterprise. He shared valuable tips and insights to guide students in shaping their future careers.

Ethem Arslan, the owner of METAL İNCİ AKSESUAR, a company specialized in the manufacturing of metal furniture accessories and metal-framed furniture such as coffee tables, chairs, and tables, shared his journey after his graduation from our Vocational School Machinery Program to become a business owner. He also inspired students by offering practical advice for navigating their own career paths.

These kinds of events, organized for Machinery Program students, bring together public and private sector representatives as well as alumni with the students. In the coming weeks, activities will continue to connect our students with participants who can influence their career paths. On behalf of the Vocational School Director, Prof. Dr. Hikmet Sami Yıldırımhan, Machinery Program instructors Lecturer Zafer Yıldız and Lecturer Erhan Kara presented certificates of appreciation to Adnan Kardaşla and Ethem Arslan for their contributions.
