For the final registration process, candidates must come to ULUTÖMER and submit the necessary documents and fill out the registration form.

Documents Required for Registration

1. Original and photocopy of passport

2. 1 passport size photograph

3. Bank receipt certifying that the course fee has been paid

4. Photocopy of visa or, if applicable, photocopy of residence permit (for Turkish citizens, photocopy of identity card)

5. Turkish Language Course Visa (International students must apply for a ‘Turkish Language Course’ visa at the Turkish Embassies or representative offices in their countries in order to receive education at our Centre)

6. Registration form (to be filled in at our centre ULUTÖMER in BURSA)

What is Acceptance Certificate?

The acceptance certificate (acceptance document) is a document issued by ULUTÖMER for those who want to apply for a Turkish Language Course Visa. This document will be applied to the Turkish Embassies or representative offices.

How to Apply for  Acceptance Certificate?

In order to obtain an acceptance certificate, the candidate must pay the two course fees to the account below.

"The student's name, surname” and “Ulutömer” must be written in the description section.

After the payment is made to the bank, an acceptance certificate will be prepared and sent to you if the payment receipt and passport photo are sent to the e-mail address ulutomerogis@uludag.edu.tr.

The two course fees paid for the acceptance certificate will be used for the first two levels of the course and the trainee does not have to pay for the first two levels.

NOTE: Before you pay the fee for the acceptance certificate, please check with the consulate whether you can get a visa or not. The fee is not refundable after the acceptance certificate is issued.
