Our department faculty member, Prof. Dr. Cengiz ALYILMAZ, has been honored with the 2024 "Turkish Language Service Award" by the Turkish Language Association for his contributions and service to the Turkish language.

He has also been awarded the "Mother Tongue Honor Medal" by the International Kazakh Language Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the "Scientist of the Year Award" by the Faculty of Philology at the University of Pristina, Republic of Kosovo.

As the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, we congratulate Prof. Dr. Cengiz ALYILMAZ and wish him continued success in his endeavors.
