Within the scope of new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) measures, Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ) Senate decided to apply "blended education (hybrid)" methods in graduate programs which require application and practice and "distance online education" methods in other graduate programs.

BUU Senate made its final decision on the education implementation to be carried out in the fall semester. Rector Prof Dr Ahmet Saim Kilavuz announced the decisions of the University Senate regarding the 2020-2021 academic year fall semester education processes.

Accordingly, graduate and doctoral education will be applied as mixed education in all institutes. Theoretical lectures and laboratory applications integrated with the theoretical lecture will be done online via distance education. Blended education will be provided in the university's Medicine, Dentistry, Health Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Sports Sciences, Faculty of Fine Arts, Science and Literature departments, Fine Arts Departments of the Faculty of Education and the state conservatory.

Distance online education will be implemended in Engineering, Architecture, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Theology, Law, Science and Literature faculties' literature departments, the departments of Education Faculty (except fine arts) and İnegöl Faculty of Business. Hybrid education will be implemented in Technical Sciences, İnegöl, Karacabey, Harmancık and Health Services vocational schools while distance online education in the School of Foreign Languages ​​and other vocational schools.

Clinical practice or internship trainings in some programs will be planned by the relevant faculties alternately with diluted groups, taking into account pandemic protection, physical conditions and student numbers.
