During the month of Ramadan, our students, staff and patients' relatives will be given free iftar dinner in Central Görükle Campus Student Dining Hall, Faculty of Theology and Ali Osman Sönmez Campus Dining Hall at Bursa Uludag University (BUU).
Bursa Uludag University will continue the free iftar dinner tradition in Ramadan starting on Monday. During the whole Ramadan, iftar dinner will be served in three different dining halls every evening. Students, staff and patients' relatives can benefit from the iftar menu. BUU Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Saim Kılavuz said that as the university administration, they are trying to spread the spiritual climate of the upcoming Ramadan in the university.
Rector Kılavuz emphasized that students can benefit from free iftar meal by going to the dining hall directly after their courses end and added, "Especially at iftar time, our dining halls are overcrowded, however; we have completed all our preparations in order to not to put our students in a difficult situation. Our staff, academicians and patients' relatives can also benefit from this opportunity as well as our students. Hopefully, we will spend the month of Ramadan in the most beautiful way in our university.
