For 4th Semester Students:
The internship periods (Internship I) at the Agricultural Application and Research Center (Farm) for 4th-semester students in the Faculty of Agriculture for the 2023-2024 Academic Year are as follows:
- Group: July 1 - July 12, 2024
- Group: July 16 - July 29, 2024
- Group: July 30 - August 12, 2024
- Group: August 13 - August 26, 2024
- Group: August 27 - September 10, 2024
- Group: September 11 - September 24, 2024
For 6th Semester Students:
Students eligible for Internship II within the department during the 2023-2024 Academic Year can perform their internships between July 1 - September 27, 2024.
Application Process for 6th Semester Students:
Students wishing to apply through the Kariyer Kapısı - Presidential Human Resources Office must follow the procedures at cbiko.gov.tr.
Students planning to intern at specific institutions or organizations can access the required internship forms through the provided links or obtain them from Hasan Yılmaz Bey at the Classroom Block Book Sales Unit.
Required Documents:
- Applied Training Application Form (for both Internship I and II): Three copies must be submitted with an SGK Eligibility Certificate from e-Government (only one copy of the certificate is sufficient).
- Applied Training Agreement (for both Internship I and II): Three copies must be submitted.
- Cover Page for the Applied Training File.
- Attendance Record Form (for Internship II).
- Employer’s Student Evaluation Form (for Internship II).
- Student’s Applied Training Evaluation Form (for Internship II).
- Applied Training Fees Unemployment Fund Contribution Information Form (for Internship II).
- Applied Training Completion Form.
Submission Instructions:
- All forms and agreements must be printed, completed by hand or digitally, and include a passport-sized photo. They must be signed and stamped by the relevant authorities.
- Submit the completed forms, along with the SGK Eligibility Certificate from e-Government, to the Department Internship Commission by June 10, 2024, to avoid delays in insurance processes.
- Before starting the internship, submit the approved forms to the internship company.
During the Internship:
- Provide the Attendance Record Form and Employer’s Student Evaluation Form to the company at the start of the internship.
- The Attendance Record Form must be filled out daily, and the Employer’s Evaluation Form must be completed by the internship supervisor at the end of the internship. These should be mailed to the Student Affairs Internship Office or the Department Internship Commission.
- If these documents are handed to the student for submission, they must be in a sealed envelope.
- Submit the Student’s Applied Training Evaluation Form to the Department Internship Commission either in person or by mail at the end of the internship.
