12th FOOD ENGINEERING STUDENT CONGRESS WAS COMPLETED WITH INTENSE PARTICIPATION

 

12th Food Engineering Student Congress” was hosted by Bursa Uludag University Food Engineering Department with the head of Prof. Dr. Mihriban KORUKLUOĞLU and in partnership with the Turkish Food and Beverage Industry Associations Federation (TGDF). This digital congress was successfully completed with 73 oral and 37 poster presentations, each more valuable than the other, that received from many universities and research institutions in our country, in 17 sessions over 2 days.

The innovations, technologies and food science in general were discussed and useful outputs were obtained, in line with the congress theme of "Catch the future" by bringing together students, academicians and sector representatives. In the opening sessions, the invited speakers who shared their experiences by making sectoral evaluations gave valuable information to the students at the same time.
