İsmail Kuşci, who is conducting his doctoral studies as a research assistant in our department, has been awarded the 2023-2024 Academic Year Doctoral Thesis Award by Bursa Uludağ University, Institute of Educational Sciences, with his doctoral thesis titled "Multicultural Counseling Competencies and the Mediating Role of Empathy in the Relationship Between Cultural Humility and Therapeutic Alliance in Psychological Counselors and Counselor Candidates" which he completed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nagihan Oğuz Duran. We wish Dr. İsmail Kuşci, who received his award from Bursa Uludağ University Rector Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz, a successful career life.
