REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR CANDIDATES IN OUR UNIVERSITY ACCORDING TO THE 2020-YKS RESULTS

 THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES WILL BE MADE THROUGH "E-GOVERNMENT"

1) ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION VIA E-GOVERNMENT.

REGISTRATION DATES :  29 August 2020 - 02 September 2020.

Electronic registration via e-Government is mandatory due to the COVID-19 pandemic process. Candidates who do not have an e-state password are recommended to obtain their passwords from the PTT branches with the original identity card before registration. E-government students completed authentication with password, e-government records in https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ website "e-services" section of the "Higher Education Board" under the heading "University e-Registration" from the options they will realize.

Students will be notified that the e-government registration process has been successfully completed. The registration of the students who receive a warning notice means that their registarions are made to the university. Students who complete their registration will be able to print with barcodes showing that they are registered. This document is not a student document. Students who complete the course selection procedures on the registration renewal dates in the Academic Calendar specified on our university website will be able to obtain their student documents via e-government. Students will be able to receive their student ID cards from the Faculty / Vocational School Student Affairs Offices where they are registered after education begins.

The final registration of students registered via e-government is carried out by our University within 24 hours via the Student Automation System. Students will be able to inquire about their final enrollment status through the Student Automation System.

Students who come to the University although there is no obstacle to making electronic registration will not be admitted to the registration center due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so they must make their registration via e-government between 29 August 2020 - 02 September 2020.

 

STUDENTS WHO HAVE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION THROUGH THE E-GOVERNMENT DO NOT NEED TO COME TO THE UNIVERSITY FOR REGISTRATION OR DELIVER ANY DOCUMENTS!

2) CANDIDATE STUDENTS WHO WILL REGISTER TO OUR UNIVERSITY BECAUSE THEY CANNOT REGISTER ELECTRONICALLY

Candidates who are entitled to enroll at the university but do not have the right to enroll electronically via e-government, apply in person or through a notary public at the place of registration between August 31, 2020 - September 04, 2020, in accordance with COVID-19 measures. If they come to our university, they will be registered.

STUDENTS WHO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REGISTER BUT HAVE OBSTACLES TO REGISTRATION

Except for open education and distance education programs, in accordance with the decision of the General Assembly of Higher Education, it is not possible to enroll in two formal programs at the same level (associate degree-associate degree or bachelor's / undergraduate) in higher education programs included in the YKS Guide. Candidates who are enrolled at the same level with the program they will enroll in a different higher education institution will not be able to enroll in the new higher education program they have been placed in unless they are dismissed from the higher education institution they are currently enrolled in.

High school graduation status;

Candidates who do not have the original and photocopy of the high school diploma / temporary graduation certificate from those who come to enroll on the specified registration dates cannot register because they cannot be inquired from e-Government through the Ministry of National Education.

4) ISSUES THAT MUST BE CONSIDERED BY CANDIDATES WHO WILL COME TO OUR UNIVERSITY FULL REGISTRATION BECAUSE OF FAILURE TO REGISTER FROM E-GOVERNMENT

Students must come to the registration center in accordance with the COVID-19 measures (mask, disinfectant, etc.) announced by the Ministry of Health.
Only candidates who have the right to register will be admitted to the registration center and families will not be allowed to enter.
Registration will be carried out on the registration date and time allocated for each unit in the registration calendar. Information about the registration date and place is also included in the YKS placement result documents of the candidates.
The original and photocopy of the high school diploma will be requested from the candidates whose MEB inquiry regarding their high school graduation cannot be made.

Since the number of candidates who do not register is notified to ÖSYM for additional placement procedures, candidates who do not apply for registration within the specified time and who do not complete the electronic registration procedures lose their registration rights.

These candidates cannot subsequently make a registration request and claim any rights!

5) FOREIGN LANGUAGE PREPARATORY CLASS PROFICIENCY / EXEMPTION EXAM

All students who want to be exempted from the Compulsory Foreign Language Preparatory Class or want to study the Optional Foreign Language Preparatory Class must take the Foreign Language Preparatory Class Placement Exam.

   6) PROCEDURES TO BE MADE BY CANDIDATES WHO ARE PLACING INTO THE PROGRAMS OF REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

No documents will be requested from students, except for the candidates who will enroll in the following programs during or after registration. Only the original and photocopy of the high school diploma will be requested from the candidates whose high school graduation cannot be questioned through the Ministry of National Education.
Candidates who are placed in the programs for which a delegation report, medical report and criminal record certificate are requested and registered via e-government will send their reports to the e-mail addresses of the units until 04 September 2020, and the originals will be delivered to the Student Affairs Office of the unit they are registered in between 05 October 2020 - 09 October 2020.

Civil Air Transport Management Program
The qualifications required to perform this profession:

Not having any Criminal Records or Criminal Archive Records that would prevent them from receiving an airport entry card.
Receiving a committee report (hearing loss / deficiency, vision loss / deficiency etc.) provided that they have received within the last 6 months from a full-fledged hospital that there are no health problems that would prevent him from performing his / her profession and / or duty. (See 49.)
 

MENNAN PASİNLİ EQUINE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL

Equine and Coaching Program
In order to apply for this program, in addition to all the conditions required by the Higher Education Institution, it must be documented with a health report obtained from the family doctor during registration. Students enrolled in this program must wear the clothes required by the profession, at our school, student uniforms must be worn for the barn (overalls, sweet shirts, boots, bonnets, masks and gloves) and outside the barn (full, riding trousers, riding boots, gloves and protective vests). . The provision of these belongs to the student (See 855).

8) MILITARY SERVICES (ASAL)

To be applied for candidates whose situations are complying with one of the following clauses;

        a) Those who lost the right to postpone military service in accordance with the provisions of the Military Service Law No. 1111 and the principle orders issued by the Ministry of National Defense on this matter,

       b) Those who have completed a two or three-year higher education program and have not completed their military service among those who want to enter another higher education program for less than four years (Candidates who have graduated from a higher education program of two or three years and have not completed their military service, They can apply for 2020-YKS to enter.),

        c) Those who have completed a higher education program for four years or more, and who have not completed their military service,

Registration of these candidates will be made if they are placed in any higher education program as a result of the 2020-YKS. However, if the military service of the candidates in this situation is suspended, they will be able to continue their education in the program in which they gain the right to enroll until the end of their military service period, and if the postponement period ends, the records of the candidates in this situation will be frozen and they will be able to continue their education after completing their military service.

7) EXEMPTION AND ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES

Except for students who will receive compulsory preparatory education or benefit from article 9 of the Directive, students who are placed to the University by ÖSYM must apply to the relevant unit within 10 (ten) working days following the first enrollment date, together with the documents specified in the Directive for exemption. These students cannot request the exemption requests they will make in the next semester / years or the cancellation of the exemption / adjustment procedures. They will do so when they successfully complete the compulsory foreign preparatory class.

 

8) PERMITTED LEAVE PROCEDURES In accordance with the 20th article of Bursa Uludağ University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulation, students who want to leave due to their excuses are required to apply to the department they are registered in within ten working days from the beginning of the semester / year, together with the explanation or documentation of the reasons. Students who want to leave can be given leave for a total of two semesters during their education, and a total of three semesters for undergraduate programs whose education period exceeds eight semesters, with the decision of the relevant unit board due to their excuses. Students who are considered on leave cannot continue their education and cannot take the exams of the semester they are on leave.

9) COURSE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES The course selection procedures of all students who have been placed in our university and completed the final registration process are announced on the  http://uludag.edu.tr/oidb 

They are required to do so on the Student Automation System on the dates specified in the 2020-2021 Academic Year Academic Calendar. The calendar for unit-based course registrations will be announced separately. After the evening education students pay their tuition fees, they will make a course selection process.
