Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ) has announced the results of the satisfaction survey that it carries out with the participation of all components twice a year. According to the first evaluations made in 2021, the satisfaction rate of the university continues its upward trend.
According to the results announced by BUÜ Quality Coordinatorship, the general satisfaction rate of academic and administrative staff, which was 60.25% in July 2019, was determined as 71.34% as of July 2021.
According to the data announced by the Quality Coordinator, the general satisfaction rate of undergraduate and associate degree students continues to increase. The overall student satisfaction rate, which was 47.78% in July 2019, was measured as 64.92% as of July 2021.
Providing information about the work carried out, Quality Coordinator Assoc. Funda Coşkun expressed her happiness at the increase in satisfaction rates in general and stated that the satisfaction rates will increase with the studies and improvements.
Evaluating the rising satisfaction rates, Bursa Uludağ University Rector Prof.Dr. Ahmet Saim Kılavuz said, “From the day we took office, we have had one-on-one meetings with all the components of the university and listened to the demands and shaped our work according to these demands. We are very busy and continue to move our university from where it is to higher levels by conducting intensive consultations with our students, academic staff, administrative staff and external components. The results of our Quality Coordinator's work show that we are on the right track. I would like to state that we are determined to maintain this communication mechanism throughout our tenure and to solve all the problems within our power.”
